Catharine Morrison

Cathy’s insurance career began in the 1970’s while a student at Leon High School. Her first insurance job in high school was the start of an over forty year journey through making, buying and selling insurance.
She is a graduate of Leon High School and Florida State University. She began her insurance career in the late 70’s while attending Leon. While working through FSU, she worked in the office of Pichard Insurance Agency with David Pichard. She graduated from FSU and was an insurance company underwriter, insurance agency supervisor and Risk Manager with Jacksonville Transit Authority and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, Inc./Florida Blue.
She is committed to education, learning and teaching. She has pursued additional insurance training and has the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) designation and the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). Insurance has been such an important part of her life, that her son, Joe (a third-generation graduate of Leon High School and FSU), is also in an insurance related position. Her family roots in the Leon, Gadsden and Wakulla counties and South Georgia date back to the early 1800’s and she loves to serve the region while helping local charities and teaching community Insurance classes.
When not at work you will find her with her family and friends. She enjoys family time especially her grandchildren. She loves helping people, teaching and serving others with her Church Community at the Bridge Church of Tallahassee. Additionally, she loves reading and watching birds.
Jana Connell Wright

Jana began working for Pichard Insurance Agency, Inc. part-time during high school and college. After graduating from the University of North Florida with her Master’s degree, she began working full-time for the agency. She is a licensed Property and Casualty agent and leads the Personal Lines Department and Life & Health.
Jana is happily married to William. She loves spoiling both of her fur babies, Joe and Allie. If she is not at work, she is spending time with her family and friends, quilting, shopping and baking. Jana is also involved with her church community at The Bridge Church of Tallahassee.
Grace Shulla
6th generation native of Tallahassee, animal lover

Grace has a background in education and is a proud graduate of Florida State University. She is a licensed Property and Casualty Agent, specializing in commercial insurance. Grace enjoys working at Pichard Insurance Agency because of their commitment to exceptional client care, rather than just pushing sales. Grace has been a part of the agency since 2021, and her dedication to professional growth is evident as she is currently pursuing her Professional Risk Consultant designation.
Grace is married to Ed, a recently-retired public-school teacher who has served countless students in Leon County for over thirty years. They are thankful for their six wonderful children, most of whom still call Tallahassee their home. Outside of work, Grace finds pleasure in reading and spending time with her sweet new dog, Mocha. Grace and her previous dog were members of Therapy Dogs International and enjoyed visiting patients at our local hospital for six years. Grace is currently training Mocha to be a therapy dog and hopes that Mocha will soon be ready to serve in our community as well.
